My Speech at one of the recruiting events of Pearl Academy. Started from discussing the future trend with AI and automation, why some jobs will be replaced by AI, and why design can never be replaced, I explored the professional development opportunities for design background students, and encouraged them to enter this exciting field of creativity and innovation.

As a designer, I have been trained to creatively solving problems through the design process, which is: research, ideation, prototyping, and testing.
