I designed the Scent Dome when I was working at Trisenx, a Savannah Georgia based startup company. It was a peripheral device that held a scent cartridge loaded with 20 different scented oils. When the USB-connected computer told the dome to start cooking, it heated small amounts of oil and blew out the fragrance.
I applied DuraStar material from Eastman Chemicals. The DuraStar polymer is translucent with different colors, chemical resistant, scratch. Because of this reason, this video was featured at Eastman Innovation Labs websites as well.
